We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Summer and holiday weekends fill up quickly — the sooner you reach out, the better.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Upper Marlboro, MD and serve the greater DMV area including all of Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington D.C. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

How long does setup take?

Our team typically arrives 60–90 minutes before your event start time to set up the booth, backdrop, and prop table. Breakdown takes approximately 30–45 minutes after the event ends.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. We will discuss deposit details during the booking confirmation process. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.

Can I customize the photo template/overlay?

Absolutely! Custom overlays with your name, event date, or logo are available as an add-on. We will work with you to design something that perfectly matches your event theme.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens — we understand. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your booking agreement.

Do you provide an attendant?

Yes! Every booking includes a professional, friendly attendant who stays with the booth for the entire duration of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests have the best experience.

How do guests receive their photos?

Accepted Answer

Guests can receive their photos instantly via text or email directly from the booth. Physical prints are also available depending on your package. All photos are also delivered digitally to the host after the event.
