Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 24, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a photo booth rental with Frame and Focus. By submitting a booking request or entering into a rental agreement with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking & Reservation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and the required deposit. Submitting a booking request form does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed reservation.

All bookings are subject to availability. Frame and Focus reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details including date, time, venue address, and expected guest count. Any changes to event details must be communicated in writing as soon as possible.

2. Payment & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be specified in your rental agreement. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to remit the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

Promo codes (such as FRAME10) are applied to the total package price and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client Cancellation: All deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels within 14 days of the event, the full remaining balance may be due. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will forfeit only the deposit.

Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their event date subject to availability. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days' notice. Subsequent reschedules may incur a fee.

Frame and Focus Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Frame and Focus must cancel due to equipment failure, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of all payments made will be issued. Frame and Focus is not liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from such cancellation.

4. Event Day & Setup

Our team will arrive approximately 60–90 minutes before the agreed event start time to set up equipment. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space (minimum 10x10 ft), access to a standard power outlet (110V), and a safe, level surface for the booth.

The rental period begins at the agreed event start time, not at the time of setup. Overtime beyond the contracted rental period is subject to additional fees.

If the client or venue is not ready at the scheduled setup time and this causes a delay, Frame and Focus is not responsible for lost booth time.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for the behavior of their guests. Any damage to Frame and Focus equipment caused by guests or event attendees will be the financial responsibility of the client.

The client must ensure the venue permits the use of photo booth equipment and any associated lighting or electrical requirements.

The client grants Frame and Focus permission to use photos taken at the event for marketing and promotional purposes (social media, website, portfolio) unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to the event.

6. Photo Delivery & Digital Files

Digital copies of all photos taken during the event will be delivered to the client within 5–7 business days following the event via a secure digital gallery or download link.

Physical prints are provided instantly at the event where applicable per the selected package. Frame and Focus is not responsible for prints that are lost, damaged, or left behind by guests.

Photos are retained in our system for 30 days following the event. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their files promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Frame and Focus's total liability for any claim arising from a rental agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that event. Frame and Focus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic, venue access issues, or power outages.

8. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated templates, overlays, and digital designs created by Frame and Focus remain the intellectual property of Frame and Focus. Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to use photos taken at their event.

Custom overlays designed for a specific client event are created exclusively for that client's use and will not be reused for other clients without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.
